Privacy Policy

Short version: FunnelSnap only collects what it needs to validate your license and count your snaps. We don't track your browsing, sell your data, or share your information with third parties.
1. Who We Are
FunnelSnap ("we", "us", "our") is a Chrome browser extension and associated web service available at funnelsnap.app. We provide a tool that allows GoHighLevel users to snap funnel and website pages across GHL accounts.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
- Email address — collected at purchase to deliver your license key and for support communications.
- License key — stored locally on your device to authenticate your access.
- Usage data — we record how many snaps you have used to manage your credit balance. This is associated with your license key, not your identity.
- Plan information — your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Power, or Unlimited) is stored to determine your access level.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your browsing history or the websites you visit
- Any content from pages you visit outside of GHL pages you choose to snap
- Your IP address or location
- Payment information (handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy)
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
4. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to:
- Validate your license key when you use the extension
- Track and deduct your credit usage
- Deliver your license key after purchase
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent license key abuse
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating FunnelSnap.
5. How the Extension Works
- Only activates on GoHighLevel pages (gohighlevel.com, leadconnectorhq.com, and related domains)
- Does not run on any other website
- Sends your license key to our proxy server only when you click the Snap button, to validate your access and deduct a credit
- Does not read, store, or transmit any personal browsing data
- Stores your license key locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API
6. Payments & Third Parties
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your credit card details. See Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
Our backend runs on Supabase, which stores your license key, plan, and credit balance. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your license is active. To request deletion, email hello.funnelsnap@gmail.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello.funnelsnap@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
FunnelSnap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of FunnelSnap after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
