Short version: Use FunnelSnap for legitimate GoHighLevel work. Don't abuse the license system or use it in ways that violate GHL's terms. Credits are non-refundable once used.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the FunnelSnap Chrome extension or purchasing any FunnelSnap plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use FunnelSnap.
2. Description of Service
FunnelSnap is a Chrome browser extension that allows users with valid GoHighLevel accounts to capture and recreate GHL funnel and website pages within their own GHL accounts. The service is provided on a credit-based or unlimited subscription basis.
3. License & Access
When you purchase a FunnelSnap plan, you receive a personal, non-transferable license key that grants you access to the extension's features based on your chosen plan:
- Starter — 10 snaps, one-time purchase, credits never expire
- Pro — 25 snaps, one-time purchase, credits never expire
- Power — 100 snaps, one-time purchase, credits never expire
- Unlimited — unlimited snaps, monthly subscription
Your license key is for your personal or business use only. You may not share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person or entity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FunnelSnap only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with GoHighLevel's own Terms of Service. You may not:
- Use FunnelSnap to capture pages you do not have permission to access
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
- Share, sell, or distribute your license key
- Use the extension in any automated or scripted manner beyond its intended functionality
- Attempt to bypass the credit system or access features beyond your plan
- Use FunnelSnap for any activity that violates applicable law
5. Credits & Billing
One credit is consumed each time you successfully snap a page. Credits on one-time plans never expire. Monthly Unlimited subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Credits are non-refundable once used. If you experience a technical failure during a snap that incorrectly deducts a credit, contact us at hello.funnelsnap@gmail.com and we will review and restore credits at our discretion.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on unused plans within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Plans where any credits have been used are not eligible for a full refund
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Monthly Unlimited subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period

7. Intellectual Property
FunnelSnap and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of FunnelSnap. The extension's code, design, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
Content snapped using FunnelSnap remains the property of its original creator. FunnelSnap does not claim ownership over any pages or content you snap.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FunnelSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that snapped pages will be 100% pixel-perfect reproductions in all cases.
FunnelSnap is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially supported by GoHighLevel.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FunnelSnap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
